Refund policy
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
All the purchases will be non-refundable.
We do 100% quality check for all our products before sending them out, in the rare case that the product you receive is not in perfect condition, we welcome returns on the following terms –
• The product received does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
• The product is received in a damaged condition.

WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS & REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGE IF THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVE DEMAGED OR WRONG PER ORDER WITHIN 7 DAYS.
RETURN
1. Our return policy is applicable within 48 hours from receipt of the product for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product.
2. Please send us images of the damaged part or the incorrect product on sales@jainexpo.com from where our Quality Control team will check its eligibility for return.
3. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the damaged product and issue a replacement with the correct product once the damaged product is picked up by our logistics partner. This entire process should take around 3-4 working days.
4. In case a replacement is not available for the damaged product, we will issue a credit note for our online store of the same amount.
NOTE: We don’t have reverse pick up facility. Please send your product back to address below for exchange. Please use the store credit in one go while placing the order. No new store credit will be issued.
REFUND
Refunds will be only in the forms stated below:
1. Replacement of the damaged /incorrect product with the correct product
2. Credit Note for our online store of the same amount
Please note that our policy does not support refund of money. Refunds can only be in the form of a product or credit note for our online store.
By confirming the order, it is deemed that the customer has read and agreed to abide by the return policy.
EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@jainexpo.com and send your item to: NH-8, Sukher, Bhuwana, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001
SHIPPING COST FOR RETURN
To return your product, you should mail your product to: NH-8, Sukher, Bhuwana, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
